Include useful context
Include the affected screen, event name, approximate time, and any error reference shown by FightClear. Never email passwords, Stripe details, public-link tokens, or medical information.
Urgent event operations
FightClear support is not an emergency, medical, legal, commission, or event-safety service. Use the appropriate venue, commission, medical, emergency, and law-enforcement contacts for urgent matters.
